Refunds and Cancellation Policy for Firearm and Medical Training
1. Cancellation by Participant
Participants may cancel their registration prior to 14 days before the scheduled training date for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 14-7 days of the training date will receive a 50% refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days before the training session.
2. Rescheduling
Participants may request to reschedule their training to a future date at least 7 days before the original training date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur a small administrative fee.
3. Cancellation by Organizer
If we cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, weather, or low enrollment), participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule to a future course.
4. No-Shows
Participants who fail to attend the training without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
5. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the cancellation request or course cancellation notification.
6. Special Circumstances
If you have extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical/family emergency), please contact us directly. We will review such cases on an individual basis and may offer refunds or credits.
